How to import inventory with JBitPro Cloud ERP

One of the first few things you will need to do in your new ERP System, is to import your customers and inventory.  This will allow you to easily move forward with your business, with out much effort.  If you haven't looked at the "How to import customers into JBitPro Cloud ERP", then click the link above.

Simple Import Process

First thing you will need to do is download the Inventory template, and then paste your inventory into the provided columns.  To do this, click the yellow "Click here is you need the template" button.

So let's get started!


  1. Login to your JBitPro account
  2. Go to the "Data Import" module (tab)
  3. Next, click on Items
  4. Don't forget to download the template if you don't already have it
  5. Paste your inventory items into the template columns
    1. Be sure to include the Id for column "UOMId", possible values are listed here.
  6. Once your template is filled in, click the "Upload" button
